Imagine what would happen on Howard Road near the signal light with trucks between the houses and and behind the houses. Hinchey and Howard get jammed up, even without a highway department. That mess might never be able to get "undone". Possibly a totally bad location for a Highway Department, especially since they have an existing location now away from residential areas. All four access roads are between the houses. This is a zoned residential area, not an industrial area. So how would you like a line of dump trucks with leaves going by your bedroom window starting at 7am for three weeks in the Fall?
