Homes being devalued, residents selling out
The demise of the area
Endangering Wildlife habitat
Insects, mosquitoes carrying disease, stemming from stormwater pond
Loss of Historical Hinchey House setting
Park atmosphere, intruders with no barriers to residents property
Danger of close proximity to railroad tracks and quarry
A burning cigarette butt or campfire by park visitors could start a catastrophic fire
Gates Highway Department equipment and fuel also contributing to fire risk of surrounding homes with possible injuries or even deaths
